Fees & Insurance

I offer high-quality, personalized behavioral health services with clear and affordable pricing.

Rates

• Initial Assessment / Intake – $180 (60 min)

• Individual Therapy – $120 (60 min)

• Crisis Intervention – $225 (90 min)

Additional time may be billed in 15-minute increments when needed.

Sliding Scale

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available through Open Path Collective for uninsured or underinsured clients ($50–$70).

Insurance

In-network with:

Aetna, Cigna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Oxford
Additional plans may be added.

Private Pay

Private pay is available for clients who are uninsured, out-of-network, or prefer not to use insurance.

Payment

Payment or copays are due at the time of service. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, HSA cards, and secure electronic payment options through Sessions Health or IvyPay.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, superbills can be provided for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company regarding deductible and coverage details.
